Shipping Policy

We ship USPS Priority (1 - 3 business days), Monday - Friday for a flat rate of $9.99.  We are happy to offer Free Priority Mail shipping on orders over $99.00

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Upon shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for free return and refund or store credit if customer desires. All other returns customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are a small boutique and unable to accommodate free return shipping.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

We are not responsible for stolen packages, please ensure your package is being mailed to a safe zone as no refunds will be issued for packages marked, "DELIVERED," by the carrier.

International Shipping

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient may bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that we are not liable for any stolen/lost products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to choose to cover product liability at checkout by contacting us to insure the parcel in addition to using a tracked shipping service and/or direct signature required.
