This is a 16 week program designed to show you how to train in a gym environment. It includes weekly workouts sent via email and meal plan advice. SIFH Handbook included.
You will take photos of yourself, along with and measurements and weight and email this information to me.
You will be required to correspond with me via a detailed email outlining the progres of the assignement you were given that day. You have unlimited telephone contact and a mandatory telephone call weekly.

In 16 weeks if you follow the program you WILL see improvements in the look of your body and how you feel.
