Tip: Drink your juices right away

With good juicing equipment, preparation of fruits, cutting them up, juicing and washing up should take only about 15 minutes (not including the fruits “de-pesticide” soaking time).

Once juiced, juices do not keep as long as its natural whole form. When it gets exposed to air, it starts to lose its nutrient rapidly and quickly spoil, so must be consumed almost immediately after being juiced.

Remedy to Raise Low Blood Pressure

Ginger Turmeric Tea

  • 1 tsp. ginger root juice (or use 1/4 tsp. ginger powder)
  • 1 tsp. turmeric juice (or use 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder)
  • 1/2 a lemon (without peel)
  • 1-2 tbsp. raw honey or to taste
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Mix all the above in ~500ml (half quart) hot water and sip warm.
     Use a masticating juicer to extract this juice


This ginger-turmeric tea is also anti-inflammatory also helpful in ridding the common cold.

NOTE: Turmeric is considered safe for a pregnant woman when used to season foods, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. Ask your doctor before consuming anything that you are not sure about if you are pregnant.

  • Coconut (meat only) - 1 medium
  • Oranges - 2 large (3-1/16" dia)
  • Peaches - 2 medium (2-2/3" dia)
