Workouts are based on the client’s availability. Ideally SIFH would like to train their clients 3 – 4 times per week. We want to get a client to their goals in a timely yet safe fashion. We go to the gym to do WORK!!
Meal plans are discussed and agreed upon. SIFH will not train a client that does not change poor eating habits.
A workout session should take the client approximately 60 – 75 minutes to complete.
The SIFH Online training program consists of meal plan advice, resistance training and cardiovascular instruction all given via email, Skype and telephone conversations. The plan is catered specifically for the individual client taking into consideration food intolerances, previous injuries and any other special needs.
The SIFH Meal plan advice consists of a balanced diet of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats. The food list is provided to the clients and the meals are designated for a week allowing the client to prepare meals in advance for a minimum of 3 – 5 days. Meal preparation in advance is the key to the success of the clients utilizing this program. Diet is the most critical factor involved with losing weight. Now to discuss the 2nd factor, workouts!
The SIFH Online Workout Program is catered to meet the need of the client; we will design a program that will help each client reach their goal. It can be an in-home workout program or an in the gym workout program. It will factor in previous injuries and be designed to avoid any future injuries.
The SIFH Workout Plan consists of bodyweight exercises, resistance training and cardiovascular training.
