[/symple_box] Q What are your lifestyle choices? A
I use P90X and Insanity DVDs for those days I can't go to the gym.
I love leg days: lunges, squats, sprints, and burpees are my friends.
My weakness could be sweets, so I incorporate lots of healthy, organic smoothies to beat those cravings.
I work out for an hour to an hour and a half, 4-5 days per week. My workouts consist of cardio and strength training.
I supplement my meals with protein shakes, whey and wheatgrass.
Mrs. Dash is one of my favorite seasonings.
Blackened tilapia or chicken with brown rice and string beans is one of my staple meals.
I treat myself to cheat meals on the weekends, but I do so in moderation.
I drink at least a gallon of water a day.QAny health tips? A

Look for motivation. Offer motivation.
Consistency trumps all.
Gym memberships are not a requirement to get fit. Be creative and get moving.
