SIFH Return & Exchange Policy


Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. Online orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next business day.


We stand behind everything we sell. If within 21 DAYS of purchase you are not completely satisfied contact us at for a return approval.

Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


FREE Standard shipping is available for orders totaling $100.00 or more. Other offers sometime apply. This offer also applies to APO/FPO addresses.

We generally ship any purchased products within 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of your order date, and will promptly notify you of any shipping delay. If we are unable to ship your order after five (5) business days of your order date, your will be notified and given the option to wait until the ship date or have your order cancelled. If you decide to cancel you will either not be charged or issued a full refund (as applicable).

Shipping time is estimated at 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date your order ships.

Any shipment mailed to you the customer should be allowed 10 business days from the shipping date. Any shipment not received by the 10th day will be considered lost and either (i) the Merchant will reship the Product or (ii) you will either not be charged or a full refund will be issued.

Within the contiguous U.S

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Pricing is determined based on item size and/or weight and final destination of item.

Outside the contiguous U.S

Shipping outside the contiguous U.S is available, please contact us at to determine shipping cost and delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges

Our merchandise goes out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount of the merchandise only. Shipping charges incurred at the time the original order was placed will not be refunded.

If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a REGULAR PRICED product, SIFH will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you. Please note that quantities and available colors of products are limited to the available inventory. In addition, EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE ON MERCHANDISE OF THE SAME STYLE NAME/SKU. If you would like to exchange for a different product, a refund will be made for the initial returned product, and a new order must be placed and processed. Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.

Shipping Returns

In the event of a return or exchange we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Any merchandise not sent with a verifiable tracking number that does not arrive at our facility will not be honored as a return and a refund will not be allowed. Merchant will allow 10 business days from the customer shipping date. After this time the merchandise will be considered lost and no refund will be issued.

You must return merchandise in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include all original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

  • Include a copy of your approved return slip.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

SIFH Clearance/Price Cut Merchandise Policy

SIFH Clearance products are FINAL. If a customer sends a Clearance product to the SIFH Returns Department for a return or exchange the product cost will not be refunded.
